Member services

Through our branches and call centre we’re focused on building connections with our customers to deliver a great standard of service.

Our team receive a broad range of training opportunities and on-line resources to empower them with the expertise required to help customers make decisions on the right products and services to suit their changing life stages.

RACT offers a range of motoring and safety products that provide peace of mind solutions across a range of services. We’ll get you on the road with learn to drive packages, child restraints and vehicle inspections.

Our highly qualified and experienced driving instructors deliver driver education, training and road safety that provides the skills required to take our trainees through their driving lifetime as well as pass their test.

To keep you motoring we’ll be there with roadside assistance and vehicle servicing and repairs through RACT AutoServe and AutoGlass. Our team of highly trained automotive technicians and mechanics not only take care of the vehicle but ensure that our members have all the information they need about the repairs.

Tourism and hospitality

RACT operates Tourism properties and attractions located in or close to beautiful, iconic natural environments at Strahan, Cradle Mountain and the Freycinet Peninsula.

Our team members, regardless of their roles are passionate about creating connections with our guests to provide them with a memorable Tasmanian experience.

Shared services

RACT Shared Services includes the Finance and Administration, Business Systems, People Services and Strategy Development, Innovation and Project teams.

We’re committed to providing world-best service and expertise to the RACT Group, ensuring that we’re well equipped to deliver on our goals and enhance the experience for our customers.

Our Membership and Community team focus on activities that will deliver member value through the development of RACT products and services, public advocacy activities and community engagement initiatives.


Our expert travel consultants located statewide can assist with any domestic or international travel enquiry from itinerary planning to professional corporate travel solutions for Tasmanian businesses.
